What does a Customer Success Manager do at Tobania?

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you develop and implement a customer success strategy that aligns with our client’s goals and ambitions.
  • You act as the first point of contact to advise them on all their digital transformation challenges (digital workplace, digital adoption, digital governance, …). You are always thinking one step ahead about how to help each client become a smart and data-driven organisation.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from our solutions. In this role you will focus mainly on maintaining warm and long-term relationships with our existing customers. You will love them, we promise! But you will also keep your eyes and ears wide open to spot new customers and opportunities.
  • You will work closely with Wouter, Business Unit Director of Tobania.Business and Tobania.Data. And with our enthusiastic sales colleagues, business and data consultants, you’ll consult to offer the best possible digital transformation and data solution(s) to our customers.

Your Profile

  • Studies: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience: We are looking for a true solution seller with at least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B context and a proven track record in building long-term relationships and generating new business to C-level buyers in the field of business, data and/or technology solutions.
  • Languages: You are fluently trilingual (NL-ENG-FR), and you know how to capture, inspire, and convince customers with your strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Personal interests: You are a real team player who believes in our mission and who wants to take it to the next level.
  • Strengths: You are a born networker and relationship builder. A good customer service? That includes keeping punctual records and you excel at that too.
