At Python Predictions, Elien’s main responsibilities are retention of talent and recruitment of new team members. Besides this, Elien is also in charge of general office management.
Since he started at Python Predictions, Benoît developed skills in data analysis, segmentation, recommendations and predictive modelling. He has been working for clients in a wide range of industries such as retail, energy, banking and telco.
As data strategist, Nick has grown expertise in analytics translation, analytical orchestration and change management over various sectors.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Solvay Brussels School, had a brief stint as a financial risk management consultant, and holds a joint PhD from the Université de Neuchâtel and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. During his research, he studied how to use textual data to generate better time series forecasts. He is an open-source software adept.
Sander Vanden Hautte
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (ICT) and performed PhD research specializing in monitoring industrial assets and detecting anomalies. Before his PhD research, Sander has gained several years of experience as a developer and technical analyst in the insurance domain.
Before joining Python Predictions, Daan gained experience in banking and KYC.

Hendrik De Winter
Hendrik has a great interest in topics such as segmentation, classification, dimension reduction, association rules and time series analysis.
Elena De Roeck
She graduated in Business Engineering: Data Analytics at Ghent University. During her diverse education she grew familiar with data analysis, predictive modelling and segmentation.
Nicolás started his career working several years in different Software Engineering related positions and industries abroad. He then decided to focus on Data Engineering in order to build impactful applications that leverage the power of Data and AI.
For 4 years, he explored the digital side of geography by automating spatial data pipelines or extracting patterns out of satellite imagery. Joost has experience in the sectors of asset management, insurance & humanitarian aid.
By doing research on media consumption, smartphone log data and technology adoption, Karel gained relevant experience in data science.
Before joining Python Predictions, Samuel was an assistant professor at Rennes School of Business (France) and a postdoc researcher at KU Leuven. His research focused on consumer psychology and he taught (sustainable) consumer behavior, data analysis, and business analytics.
Salar Rezvan Rabbani
Salar gained experience in various marketing positions where he eventually focused on data analysis and visualization with tools such as Power BI to build insightful dashboards for business stakeholders.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist and Social Worker, she prioritizes the human well-being at work.
Sales oriented, polyglot and hands-on, Nassira is the HR partner that will listen to your demand and provide you a supply.
As a researcher, she developed an interest in the field of data and steered her career towards Data Science & Engineering by completing an intensive training and an internship as a Data Engineer.

She has focused her career path on data analysis and visualization fields to develop, implement and maintain a BI solution to support business roadmaps and improve the decision-making process.
