We helped Argenta boost data science results thanks to team management
Achieving outstanding data science results depends on your team’s skills, but also on the interests of the team members. These are the crucial dimensions we have taken into account when we coordinated Data Science Team Management within Argenta‘s Chief Data & Analytics Office.
The role contained both people management and stakeholder management. This resulted in the execution of many analytical projects. But also in a successful migration towards a state-of-the-art working environment – thanks to the help of different internal and external partners.
