For our client, a bank active in the Belgian market, we helped identifying concrete cases where to take specific clean-up actions on their platform that has grown enormously the last years.
We uncovered quick wins and performed a document segmentation. We made use of advanced analytics and natural language processing (NLP) to do an in-depth analysis of the quality of the documents gathered on the platform over the past years.
