Hyper-personalisation leads to a yearly revenue increase of €1M
We joined our client in an interdisciplinary team of data profiles to accelerate the customer’s journey towards a ‘segment-of-one’. Through this segment-of-one approach, customers can be targeted at the right time, with the right message and through the right channel which leads to an increase revenue of €1M.
We covered two main tracks during this project:
1) Gain more value from the current customer base by growing their product ecosystem through cross- and upselling.
2) Grow the customer base by contacting potential new customers in a smarter way.
By applying an agile way of working, we were able to put experiments in the market in a matter of weeks and learn from the customers directly.
