Process mining as a tool to improve the end-to-end customer experience

We helped improve the customer experience in a crucial customer-facing process at ING Belgium.

We extrapolated a clear customer process mainly in terms of throughput time, and derived actionable insights from it.

We applied process mining techniques on a basetable with information coming from various sources. We also helped ING monitor the improvements.
