More relevancy towards Eneco customers



From a needs-based segmentation to customer relevancy

We helped Eneco to be more relevant to their customers. Through a dedicated mail campaign targeted to the various customer personas, we generated higher open rates and reduced churn.

We combined focus group and survey data to predict (individual) customer needs and split them into interpretable segments.

Overall, we ensured involvement from business around this segmentation project, and made sure the results are concretely being used to better serve customers.
