Process mining at Tobania

Client

Tobania

We carried out a process mining analysis of the staffing procedure at our parent company Tobania, a top Belgian consultancy firm. Our main objective was to uncover the typical steps in the staffing process, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose enhancements to boost the efficiency of recruiting at Tobania

We employed two widely-used process mining tools, Celonis and PM4Py, to reveal important deviations from the anticipated sequence of events in recruiting. One significant bottleneck was the lengthy approval process for candidate selection, which led to delays in the overall recruitment timeline. We recommended using the recruitment management software more consistently, as this will ensure more precise insights and improved decision-making when recruiting.
