We reduced absenteism for SD Worx
We helped SD Worx to propose a new absenteeism predictive service to their clients.
We used predictive modelling to predict absenteism for all employees of SD Worx, which they were able to extend to their clients. During the collaboration, we performed management education, project execution and delivery, and coaching of internal Data Scientists.
