Telenet is Belgium’s leading provider of broadband solutions with an annual revenue of 2.5 billion. They provide digital cable TV, fixed and mobile internet and telephony services, predominantly catering to clients in Flanders and Brussels.
We worked with the Analytics team in Telenet’s Data Acceleration Tribe. This team serves as an internal consultancy team to leverage data, artificial intelligence, and analytics to make a difference for teams across the whole organization. Through this collaboration, we bring our expertise to Telenet and, in return, get the opportunity to work on diverse, challenging, and interesting projects.
Together, we leveraged data with predictive analytics (artificial intelligence), dashboarding, and data strategy in the domains of Connectivity (fixed, mobile and FMC), Human Resources and Marketing.
