e5 is a Belgian fashion retailer focused on comfortable, stylish, and fashionable clothing for men and women. In our third project with e5,  we contributed to an update of their CRM strategies. We re-scored their lifestyle segmentation, ensuring it was up-to-date and actionable.

Additionally, we dove into new customers’ dynamics to understand their preferences, purchase behavior, and preferred purchasing channels. Thanks to these insights, we helped e5 optimize their seasonal campaigns, delivering personalized experiences to their customers.
